THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS SERIES OF EMAILS

OFFERED SOUND ADVICE AS TO HOW TO COPE WITH THE
VAGARIES OF THIS TERRIBLE ILLNESS.
YOUR WORK AND SUPPORT HAVE BEEN INVALUABLE.

THANKS, ALSO FOR ENSURING THAT I GOT YOUR
EXCELLENT EBOOK ON THE SUBJECT - IT IS BOTH
ILLUMINATING AND USEFUL AND WILL BE A CONSTANT
COMPANION.

OOPS - JUST NOTICED CAPS LOCK IS ON! SORRY!!!

WITH KINDEST REGARDS AND DEEPEST THANKS,

PATRICK MANN

hi Mike ,

I would just like to say thank-you for your recent information on
alzheimers and those who have dementia.

I work as a social-care worker with older people, in glasgow,
I really enjoy this type of work and over the
years I feel I have gained a lot of experience in working in this
environment.

I have compiled my own information leaflet for staff working with older
people and those who have dementia. I worked for in a specialized unit and
over a period of one year, I noticed that the person who has been diagnosed
with alzheimers / dementia are very individual people who despite having this
illlness , they still have a lot to contribute to their own independent
care.

Hi Mike ,

Thank you for the information.

I am working on my MA/MEd Dissertation in Counselling. The Grief Reaction by Individuals on The Onset of Alzheimer's disease

I am also counselling clients on the onset of Alzheimer's and their carers.

I also work full time as a Home Care Manager providing a service for clients with Alzheimer's finding time and motivation is very difficult.
